I only have one green sock for today. I'm planning on making Nigella Lawson's Chocolate Guinness cake from Feast. It tastes like a deep and wonderful chocolate gingerbread.

Did you make the cake? It's one of our favourites. The malteaser cake is wonderful too, but not sure what you could use instead of malteasers on the top (I don't think you can get them in the States).
that is one the best cakes! and dead easy to boot.
