Late in the afternoon when people around here start asking what’s for supper, I clear the kitchen table by sweeping all the work of the day - papers, books, yarn and whatnots - into the Runcible Bin. Later when I retrieve these bits, I often find an idea has formed inside the bin. These ideas will be logged here.

I can't wait to see what Mrs. Lear has in store for us.
---Mr. Lear
Last evening on our longish drive home from the cottage my daughter and I took to reciting poems we memorized together when she was small. One of them was the "Owl and the Pussycat". We like to roll the "R" on "runcible" It made me think of your lovely blog so I thought today I'd drop by. Your current project looks like such fun!
Hello I love your pattern for the cotton leaf rag but am unable to print it out so as I can see it,I was wondering if you might be able to help in any way.Thanx MAry B
Mary B - I'm sorry you couldn't get the pdf file to print. You may need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader - a free, downloadable program for reading and printing pdf files available here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/. If that's not the issue I recommend finding a child or young person to help you, (that's what I do). Let me know if this works!
