Sometimes when we're not going anywhere, we pretend we're holiday renters in our house. It gets you thinking. The Summer appetizers in the July Martha are inspiring me to throw together elegant little hunter gatherer experiments - food jaunts.

Oooh! This sounds very promising - I hope to hear more.
I love that! I tried the same technique unsuccessfully last year. This year has been very different. My only problem is that it is hard to step away from work in order to have vacay. I'm trying.
