This is a drawing of a star-nosed blue mole. I'm going to try a little tie in this dark brown/purple Yorkshire tweed. I'm going to knit it and then back it with fabric.
i think that 'the runcible bin' has some effects on the space-time continuum:: perhaps you should call your blog 'crafting at the speed of light.'
In our family Wind in the Willows typology, I'm Badger, Bruno's Mole, Mark is Ratty and Elio IS Toad.
This looks very exciting as a concept. Will it be in moss stitch? How lucky you are to have children who will wear textile items.
