I'm feeling like Ma Ingalls, butchering my Halloween pumpkin for soup. I roasted this baby and threw it into some stock. I'm knitting away on a Central Park Hoodie and planning how to use my stash.
Oh my gourd! I roasted some pie pumpkins and then froze the mash so that we can have pies or even just punkin custard. I came across a recipe for Oat Meal Creme Brulee--wouldn't it be nice with pumpkin custard on top?
