I love limoncello too! I have a meyer lemon tree (in a pot) that is just now growing again, our weather has been so un-spring-like I'm afraid. Any tips for me on growing them in the Seattle climate? Enjoy
After looking through some Limoncello recipes I see that I am going to have to buy a huge bag of them at the market. Our little tree, like yours Ruthanne, struggles to grow in a pot in this chilly, foggy weather. And last week, the squirrels ate all the blossoms off it!
I absolutely love lemoncello, I'll be anxious to hear how it turns out!
